Materiality & Texture

The exterior is a composition of soft beige-toned natural stone and linear-textured panels, creating a tactile contrast that enhances depth and sophistication. Precision in detailing, from subtle recessed lighting to fine vertical striations, adds rhythm to the façade.

Transparency & Light

Floor-to-ceiling glass openings dissolve boundaries, blurring the distinction between inside and out. Reflections on the glass amplify the connection to nature, making the built form feel lighter and more immersive.

Spatial Flow & Outdoor Integration

The minimalist courtyard and pool area extend the interior experience outward. Restrained landscaping and low-profile furniture create an environment of quiet luxury where function and aesthetics coexist effortlessly.
